Diceymio Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Diceymio ("we", "the Platform") and you ("member", "user"). By accessing or using the Diceymio website or app, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

Diceymio is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. Our licence is issued by the Curacao eGaming authority and is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• These terms and conditions apply to all users, including those in Bangladesh.
• Citizens of countries where online gaming is entirely prohibited are not permitted to use the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• The mobile number linked to your payment method must be registered in your name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Diceymio platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Registering with a false identity or using another person's information.
• Attempting to manipulate the system through hacking, malware, or any other technical means.
• Playing on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to access or use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the movement of illicit funds.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other members.
• Using software bots or automated tools to play games.

Diceymio reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons.

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Where money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• Account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months+).
• If a member wishes to voluntarily close their account.

Legitimate funds (your own deposited balance, not bonuses) are generally returned even after account closure, subject to the completion of verification. Members who have self-excluded for responsible gaming reasons will not be able to reactivate their account before the designated period has ended.

Diceymio strives to deliver the highest standard of service; however, our liability is limited in certain circumstances.

• Diceymio is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• Diceymio is not liable for delayed transactions caused by issues with third-party payment providers.
• Diceymio will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a member's own negligence in allowing their password or login credentials to be accessed by a third party.
• Diceymio is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, government orders, or cyberattacks.

Diceymio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or SMS.

• The effective date of any updated terms will be noted on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not wish to accept the updated Terms, you are always free to close your account.
